Encased within each vacuum tube lies a sophisticated U pipe featuring a direct flow-through design, seamlessly connected to the
header pipe housed within the manifold. This U pipe is expertly seamed in an aluminum heat transfer fin, efficiently integrated within the
interior of the vacuum tube, channeling heat from the inner tube directly to the U pipe.
Solar radiation gracefully penetrates the outer glass tube and is effectively captured on the exterior of the inner glass tube by the
advanced, highly selective sputter layer. This meticulously captured solar energy is conveyed with precision to the flush-contact
aluminum shield, followed by the copper pipe, which is optimally filled with heat transfer fluid. The 360° aluminum heat
transfer fin ensures an unrivaled and rapid energy transfer process.
