Inside each vacuum tube of our advanced solar water heaters, a U-shaped pipe facilitates a seamless flow-through design, ingeniously connected to the
header pipe within the manifold. This U-shaped pipe is meticulously seamed within an aluminum heat transfer fin,
positioned in the vacuum tube's interior to ensure efficient heat transmission from the inner tube directly to the U-pipe.
Solar radiation effortlessly penetrates the outer glass layer and is expertly captured on the outside surface of the inner glass tube through a
highly selective sputter coating. This optimally captured solar energy is then transmitted to a flush-contact
aluminum shield, subsequently reaching a copper pipe filled with heat transfer fluid. The 360-degree aluminum heat
transfer fin guarantees the swiftest energy transfer, maximizing efficiency.
